The Student Work Unit at the College of Education at the educational headquarter in Delam holds a program on the International Day of Brotherhood
The Student Work Unit, represented by Cultural and Social Activities Section in the college, held a program entitled "The International Day of Brotherhood" on this morning, Sunday, 14-7- 1444 AH, in the lobby of the college.
Where Mrs. Noura Al-Tamimi gave a lecture in which she dealt with the definition of human brotherhood and the culture of peace and its promotion, the importance of dialogue and the values of tolerance in Islam in order to reach peaceful coexistence, and the role of education, the family and society to create generations fortified with morals and internal security to resist and oppose all manifestations of racism, terrorism and discrimination, respect for life and end violence from Through education, dialogue, cooperation, full respect for and promotion of all human rights and fundamental freedoms, rejection of racism and bullying, and combating discrimination, intolerance and hatred.
The lecture concluded by defining the importance of adhering to the principles of freedom, justice, democracy, tolerance, solidarity, cooperation, pluralism, cultural diversity, dialogue and understanding at all levels of society and among nations.
The program also included a visual display on the screens to raise awareness of the importance of human brotherhood. The program concluded with the distribution of morning breakfast meals to the various communities around the college building.
