- In 1403 AH, College of Education was established as intermediate college for female students at Al-Kharj, offering only diploma degree.
- In 29/11/1414 AH, Director General of Females Education issued decree No. 1597/1 that upgrades the intermediate college at Al-Kharj starting from the academic year 1415/1416 AH to the College of Education according to the four-year system, whereby female student obtains Bachelor’s degree.
- In 1417 AH/1418AH, scientific departments have been separated and located in a separate building east of Al-Kharj (Al-Faysaliyah).
- In 1422 AH/1423AH, a new department was introduced to the college, meeting the needs of the region for History major.
- In 1423 AH/1424AH, Deputy Minister of Education for Females Education Affaires issues an approval to allow the enrollment in female colleges in the Kingdom, allowing the admission of as many female students as possible.
- In 1429 AH/1430 AH, the college joined King Saud University. In early 1431H, the College joined Al-Kharj University, which name has been changed to Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University.
