Director of Female Student Affairs Tasks and Responsibilities

  1. Supervising the employees of female student affairs and following up on their way of carrying out tasks assigned to them.
  2. Receiving all internal and external transactions referred by the Vice Dean for Female Student Affairs and then responding to them.
  3. Allocate an incoming and outgoing record of transactions issued or received by the administration and other related records
  4. Issuing letters regarding female students after informing the vice dean about it and sign it.
  5. Supervising the academic system program (e’Registar portal for female students) and following up on the entry and implementation of everything related to it (deletion and addition – inserting schedules – printing schedules – printing lists – connecting classes).
  6. Addressing female students' academic problems.
  7. Following up on academic cases of female students such as (denied entrance – discontinuance – academic expulsion – additional opportunities – re-enrollment – incomplete exams).
  8. Submitting requests for the issuance of alternative documents.
  9. Receiving reviews from female students and nonstudents and responding to their inquiries.
  10. Carrying out any new tasks or assigned to it by the direct manager in the field of competence.
