  • Establishing a channel for communication (Telegram) with affiliated female students to notify students about academic regulations, and advisor communication-related matters
  • Assisting female students with enrollment in courses at the beginning of each semester.
  • Assisting students with course addition and dropping procedures, and signing and printing the relevant forms
  • Allocate a special file for each faltering student and make a case study for her through the form designated for that.
  • Following up female students during their studies, especially those who are faltering or are expected to falter. Following up reports submitted by heads of departments about the notes provided by professors on students who are frequently absent from lectures (exceeding 15% in the fourth week and 20% at the end of the eighth week) or about some frequent phenomena such as sleeping during lectures, or mental wandering, etc.
  • Identifying and contacting outstanding female students in various departments to urge them to continue their excellence and overcome obstacles that stand in their way.
