The Training and Professional Development Unit at the College of Education held a training course entitled “Skills for Administrative Success” on Wednesday, corresponding to 3/12/1445 AH, corresponding to September 27, 2023 AD, for two hours of training in the training hall, targeting the administrative body of female employees of the college.
It was presented by Dr. Noura Hamad Al-Mishaal - Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Sciences at the College of Education, and a certified trainer from the General Corporation for Technical and Vocational Training and the International Academy for Training and Development in Britain - and aims to:
1. Know the concept of successful management and its importance.
2. Identifying the basic skills for administrative success.
3. Acquiring ways to develop successful management skills
4. Identify the characteristics of a successful leader.
A number of participants attended the meeting, and they expressed their great benefit from the rich topics included in the session.
