The Curriculum and Instruction Department held the first forum for postgraduate students in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction under the patronage of the Head of the Department, Dr. Amani Abdullah bin Juwer, on Thursday, March 15, 1443 AH, from eight to ten in the evening.
The forum aims to develop students' capabilities and research skills, help them build a mechanism for communication with the academic advisor or supervisor, and exchange experiences with the department's graduates.
The forum was inaugurated by the department's postgraduate studies coordinator, Dr. Khaleda Abbas Mohammed, then Dr. Abdel Salam Omar Al-Naji spoke about how to formulate a distinctive research idea, and to identify the sources of research ideas.
His Excellency Prof. Hamad Al-Qumaizi presented a guiding speech for postgraduate students in communicating and dealing with the mentor and supervisor.
Then the faculty members of the department had the opportunity to make directive interventions in which His Excellency Dr. Muhammad Al-Mahdi Abdul Rahman spoke about the computer skills needed for postgraduate students, and also reviewed the mistakes made by researchers and weakening the research or study.
Then, the head of the Alumni Association in the department, Mr. Abdul Aziz Al-Zahrani, and Mrs. Sumaya Al-Otaibi, the head of the Alumni Association in the department, had the opportunity, explaining their experiences and their experiences in the master's journey.
The forum was attended by (68) postgraduate students, and the forum was well received and applauded by students and faculty members in the various departments.
