<p>The preparation of remarkable educational workforce of teachers and researchers that are qualified and able to understand reality and analyze it. In addition, the initiation of renewing and innovating through the development of the department’s courses and committees to create a learning community that is based on high activity level. Furthermore, our message to respond to the diversity of the community’s needs, educational field problems and the challenges of the overall development. That would be achieved through presenting initiatives for educational reform. It also aims to promote the values of belonging to the religion, and then home, besides the optimum use of knowledge, research and technology in the light of the values of the community and its needs. </p>

<li>Preparing active educators socially, who are technical able. In addition, continuously contributing in their profession development upon the community’s requirements and values, and standards of academic accreditation.</li>

This production would contribute in knowledge accumulation, professional practices development and in education reform enhancement. It would also satisfy requirements of the educational field and overall development.</li>
<li>Developing the community through the contribution in the initiatives, and research, training and consulting programs in a framework of the strategic partnership with local and international institutions. </li>
