A visiting student is the one who studies some courses at another university or in a branch of the university to which he belongs without being transferred, and the courses he studied are equivalent to him according to the following controls: A- The approval of the college in which he is studying in advance for the study. b- The study should be at a recognized college or university. C- The course that the student is studying outside the university is equivalent or (equivalent) in its vocabulary to one of the courses included in the graduation requirements.
D- If the visiting student is studying in a branch of the university to which the student belongs, the equivalency will be completed in accordance with Article (47). E - The University Council determines the maximum number of credits that can be calculated from outside the university for a visiting student. And - The averages of courses that are equivalent to a visiting student from the other university are not calculated within his cumulative average, and the courses are recorded in his academic record. g- Any other conditions set by the University Council.
