- Equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct scientific research in the field of administration and planning that adhere to ethical principles of scientific research.
- Qualifying cadres to be capable of employing contemporary trends and technical applications in developing, evaluating and finding innovative solutions to the issues faced by education management systems according to modern trends and by scientific methods.
- Promoting the field of education administration by publishing authentic scientific research locally and internationally.
- Building effective partnerships with educational and community institutions and research and scientific centers related to educational work
