Mission for Master of Arts program in Islamic Studies - specializing in jurisprudence and its principles

Program Mission

Preparing qualified national cadres capable of development in the field of jurisprudence and its principles, equipped with knowledge, scientific and research skills, and Islamic values to contribute to the production of solid scientific research through distinct academic curricula and a stimulating environment to meet the needs of society.

Program Objectives:

1-Providing students with the knowledge, theories and skills necessary to derive jurisprudence and fundamental rulings in accordance with the legitimate purposes.

2-Preparing cadres capable of creating creative perceptions of the problems of contemporary calamities in the field of jurisprudence and its foundations to develop them in accordance with the correct scientific orientations for the purposes of Islamic legislation.

3-Preparing graduates specialized in achieving and conducting good scientific research.

4-Active participation with public and private community institutions related to the purposes of Islamic legislation.

5-Qualifying graduates who are able to participate responsibly within work teams and in accordance with professional rules and ethical principles, and have the ability to self-development and continuous learning to meet emerging issues in the field of specialization
