The Educational and Academic Affairs Agency, and works to enforce the regulations - Regulations on Study and Testing - the executive base of Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University.

Functions of the Committee:

Throughout the university year, guidance and follow-up of academic student issues on:

Redistricting requests.
Following up an additional opportunity requests in the first week of the semester and communicate with the Secretary of the Academic Student Issues Committee of the University.
Requests for removal of deprivation, confirmation of the absence rates of disadvantaged students by entering the system, review and check the attached excuses.
Final Make-up test requests, review and check the attached excuses.
Requests for Postponement and Withdrawal not made through the electronic portal.
Receiving reviews and telephone calls from students and responding to their queries.
Communicate with students to inform them of their decisions by the College Council, Admission and Registration Deanship, Academic Student Issues Committee of the University.
Writing letters and transcripts on academic issues throughout the academic year and presenting them to the Faculty Dean.
Printing and sending to departments of Denialed students before and after After lifting the denial.
Adoption and dissemination the forms for test applications to educational departments of (Make-up-Correction) and models for Panning deprivation.
