Statistics and Reports Unit

Functions of the Unit:

  1. Setting reports, forms, and tables for collecting information for all departments, units, and administrations of the college.
  2. Determining information needs and their sources, collecting, analyzing, classifying, and categorizing data, and updating them periodically.
  3. Reviewing and submitting departmental and unit reports to the college administration after processing its data and enriching it with appropriate recommendations and explanations, so that it becomes more efficient.
  4. Providing the concerned authorities with the required data and statistical information about the college and its activities.
  5. Interpreting various statistical indicators and analyzes in the college.
  6. Supporting college units, administrations, and departments with the proper information for decision-making and improving the quality of work.
  7. Presenting appropriate feedback for all activities and events that take place in the college.
  8. Preparing annual reports for the college.
  9. Filling out the university annual reports forms.
  10. Presenting the required statistics and forms to the college administration.
  11. Preparing reports on the college's achievements and submitting them to the competent authorities.
