Studying in some colleges may be on the basis of the full academic year According to the rules and procedures approved by the University Council, and the academic year is calculated Two levels.

Al-Kharj University Executive Base Studying in some colleges may be on the basis of the full academic year in accordance with the same rules and procedures in these regulations, after replacing the phrase “school year” with “semester” wherever it appears, in a manner that does not conflict with the following: A- Courses are presented in the annual system throughout an academic year of no less than (30) thirty weeks, and registration periods and final exams are not included in them. B- A final exam is held for each course at the end of the academic year. In practical and clinical courses of a training nature, the final exam may be taken at the end of the training period.

C- A second term exam will be held no less than two weeks before the start of the academic year, and those who have failed in courses whose nature and total number of units are determined by the College Council are allowed to enter it. For those who succeed in the second round, a grade (D2) is given. [1] Instead of estimating previous failure (E)

D - A student who fails - in the first round of the first final exam in courses exceeding what was decided by the College Council in paragraph (c) - is not allowed to enter the examination of the second term and remains in the same academic year, and only re-studies the courses in which he failed. E- The student who fails in the second term or courses that do not have a second term remains in the same year and re-studies the courses in which he failed. The college council or its representative may allow him to study courses from the following year. The number of years in which courses can be registered for the student is determined for two consecutive years
