It is the department that carries out all the work related to the members, whether Saudis or contractors, and all that pertains to them in terms of licenses and directives, preparing letters and submitting them, preparing reports and other things related to members.

mission:
1- To raise the faculty members directly after returning from the annual leave and after the official holidays and the care of the newborn and the exceptional leave.
2 - Opening a file for each new recruit or a new female citizen, after taking copies of the appointment decisions, notifying the contract to the contracting parties, and raising their direct contacts.
3- Receiving incoming transactions, responding to them, and following up on their export.
4- Preparing experience certificates for contractors whose contracts have expired.
5- Handing over travel visas to the contractors after receiving them from the women's section.
6- Preparing the disclaimer for transferees/contractors/resignees.
7- Preparing, drafting and writing letters and submitting them to the direct manager.
8- Opening annual files for incoming and outgoing at the beginning of each new year and indexing them while keeping the files from previous years for the archive.
9- Preparing reports, statistics and data that come to us from the university and then responding to them with an official letter.
10- Granting emergency leaves to the contractor when he travels outside the Kingdom for some circumstance.
11- To circulate the renewal of contracts for those who wish to renew the contract and those who do not wish to renew their contracts.
12- For those who have reached the legal age and wish to renew after conducting a medical examination, their son is healthy
13- Circulating boarding orders to faculty members (contractors) after filling them out and signing them, and then submitting them to the competent authority to issue them with travel tickets at the end of the year.
14- .Following up the eviction of the contracting parties from the college and those who resigned from the university.
15- . Handing members visas at the time of travel.

17- Reviewing and updating the files of faculty members, contractors and Saudis.
18 - Granting faculty members emergency leave 10 days a year in the event of an emergency circumstance granted.
19 - Raising the allowance for books and references for male and female students on scholarships.
20 - Immediate removal of the person whose scholarship has ended, after obtaining the degree.
21- Raising the teaching hours of the collaborators and cooperating faculty councils, to submit them to the competent authority to pay their financial dues.

The Faculty Affairs Unit undertakes the work related to all faculty members and the like, such as teaching assistants, lecturers, and all that concerns them, preparing letters and reports, submitting them to the competent authority, following up on transactions and all that is received by the unit.
Functions of the Unit:
- Facilitate administrative, financial and service procedures for all faculty members in the college.
- And facilitating all work procedures and completing them as soon as possible, with a high degree of proficiency and creativity, represented by our well-established Islamic values and morals.
- Continuous communication with the Deanship of Faculty Affairs at the university for all matters relating to members.
